About Pranic Sounds

Pranic Sounds was created from two individual journeys through music, spirituality, energy, and healing that eventually became one shared path. Both Austin Thompson and Crystal Criscione began as musicians, developing an early relationship with sound, creativity, and the emotional power of music. Over time, their individual journeys led them beyond music and into the deeper exploration of energy, frequency, intuition, meditation, and holistic wellness — their connection to healing began long before Pranic Sounds existed.

From a very young age, Crystal became aware of her own psychic and intuitive abilities. As she grew, those experiences developed alongside her life in music and eventually led her toward meditation, frequency, and spiritual exploration. A defining moment came in California in 2006 — before a Hollywood studio session, Crystal spent time meditating in the mountains, where she began learning more deeply about meditation and frequency. Those experiences would become seeds for work she would continue developing for years.

Crystal went on to become a Certified Sound Therapist, Certified Akashic Records Reader, and Psychic Medium. She is also the Founder of Level Up Your Frequency, a company born from those early experiences that creates and teaches frequency-based practices, including binaural tones, isochronic tones, meditation, and intentional sound experiences. Her work has taken her across multiple states, speaking and teaching about frequency, sound, and their relationship with the body, emotions, mind, and spirit.

Austin's connection to energy also began in childhood. His mother would tell him that when he closed his eyes and held her hand, his hands would become noticeably warm. What began as an unexplained childhood experience eventually became something he wanted to understand more deeply. In 2020, Austin began studying Pranic Healing in California, while meditation became part of his daily life and his intuitive and energetic abilities continued to reveal themselves. Alongside this journey, Austin became an entrepreneur, author, personal development educator, Founder of Ascendrii, Co-Founder of BizMind Academy, and CMO of Vorrei Consulting — with much of his work centred around helping people better understand and develop themselves and their business.

When Austin and Crystal met in 2023, they recognised something powerful in one another. Their journeys had taken different routes, but both had arrived at a similar understanding of the relationship between sound, energy, intuition, consciousness, and personal well-being. They began combining their practices rather than keeping them separate. From that union, Pranic Sounds was born.

Today, Austin and Crystal bring together Pranic Healing, therapeutic sound, frequency-based practices, intuitive guidance, meditation, and energy work to create personalised experiences designed to give people intentional space to reflect, relax, reconnect, and renew.
